About The Position

ACCESS Early Childhood is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. The role focuses on helping young children build foundational skills for learning, play, growth, and participation in everyday activities. Therapists work collaboratively with early childhood educators, evaluators, and other clinical professionals to support each child’s goals and partner with children and families through a child- and family-centered approach.

The position offers predictable daytime schedules with no nights or weekends. Therapists work in state-of-the-art facilities designed for pediatric care and may pursue professional interests through special projects and programs.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current Arkansas licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills.
• Genuine interest in working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
• Collaborative, child- and family-centered approach to clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to young children, supporting development of skills for everyday activities, play, and participation.
• Work collaboratively with early childhood educators, evaluators, and other clinical professionals toward children’s goals.
• Provide child- and family-centered clinical care.
• Document clinical services.
