About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based care to patients with debilitating conditions. The role helps patients improve their ability to perform everyday tasks and develop daily living skills and basic motor functions, while supporting them in compensating for loss of function. The Occupational Therapist administers skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches family members and other members of the healthcare team. Services are provided in accordance with physicians’ orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director. The listed compensation range is $95,000–$100,000, based on years of experience. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the employee practices.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of one year of experience is preferred; less experience may be accepted with approval from the Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services based on prior experience setting.
- Medicare home health experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
