The Occupational Therapist is a licensed professional who provides occupational therapy to patients/clients of all age groups. This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating patient/client care plans to restore or maintain their well-being. The therapist evaluates occupational roles and performance of patients/clients with physical, psycho-social, and/or cognitive impairments, providing interventions for deficits and eliciting responses. Participation in the coordination of care is also a key aspect of this position.
