About The Position
Ranger Care Center, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is currently seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join their dedicated in-house therapy team. The role involves working with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions, with opportunities to develop programming in areas such as cognition, contracture management, and creative ADLs and groups. The center offers ongoing training, career development, and advancement opportunities within a growing organization. Flexible part-time and PRN schedules are also available. Vital Therapy supports over 50 skilled nursing facilities in Texas with in-house therapy programs, focusing on leader development, patient joy, and quality of care.

Responsibilities
