About The Position

Occupational Therapist assignment for a 14-week contract with a consistent day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role offers 35 guaranteed hours per week and is suited for a therapist working in a rehabilitative or post-acute care setting. The OT will focus on improving patients’ ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs), enhance functional independence, and support overall recovery through individualized care plans. The position emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience
• Active State OT License required
• BLS certification required
• Strong knowledge of ADL training, therapeutic interventions, and care planning
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience in rehab, SNF, or outpatient setting
