About The Position
Constellation Kids is seeking a dynamic Occupational Therapist to work in the Tucson, AZ location! This is a 10 (ten) month role! Constellation is looking to add a School-Based Occupational Therapist to our team who will work collaboratively with the school team and other therapists to provide services to children including intervention in small group and individual sessions. They will also provide documentation and reports at IEP meetings. The Role: In sync with the school calendar. Your mission: empower school-age children to achieve their goals. Responsibilities include evaluations, interventions, leading small group sessions, and active collaboration with school teams and other therapists. Attend and contribute to IEP meetings.
Requirements
- Connecticut State Licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- School-based experience preferred.
