About The Position

We're seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Tucson, Arizona. Requirements

  • Current Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
  • Experience treating an outpatient orthopedic patient population
  • Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • New graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.

Nice To Haves

  • Manual therapy experience
  • Dry needling certification or interest in obtaining certification
  • Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapist Assistants
  • Leadership experience or interest in clinic management

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
  • Utilize additional treatment techniques based on your clinical expertise and certifications
  • Supervise and mentor 1–2 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
  • Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Collaborate with physicians and referring providers to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain compliance with Arizona licensure requirements and continuing education standards
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture focused on exceptional patient outcomes
