About The Position

We're seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Tucson, Arizona. Requirements

Current Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
Experience treating an outpatient orthopedic patient population
Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
New graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.

Nice To Haves

Manual therapy experience
Dry needling certification or interest in obtaining certification
Experience supervising or mentoring Physical Therapist Assistants
Leadership experience or interest in clinic management

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
Deliver evidence-based treatment including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
Utilize additional treatment techniques based on your clinical expertise and certifications
Supervise and mentor 1–2 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Collaborate with physicians and referring providers to coordinate patient care
Maintain compliance with Arizona licensure requirements and continuing education standards
Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture focused on exceptional patient outcomes
