About The Position

Theracare is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their dynamic therapy team. This role involves evaluating and treating patients to maximize their functional potential in all areas of life, following physician's orders. The OT will work collaboratively within a team, providing support and expertise in Occupational Therapy. Services will be delivered in various settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, and Home Health Care.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Occupational Therapy
Current state license/certification
Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board
Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care
Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline
Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements

Nice To Haves

Minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation
