About The Position

Premier Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to help residents in skilled nursing settings build skills for safer, more independent daily living. In this role, you will evaluate functional needs, create individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based interventions that support meaningful progress. Key responsibilities include documenting evaluations and outcomes, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating residents and families, and supporting discharge planning and continuity of care.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) in the practicing state
• Strong clinical judgment
• Clear documentation skills
• Patient-centered communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with older adults in post-acute or long-term care
