About The Position

Fitness for Health is seeking licensed occupational therapists for a part-time or PRN role at its outpatient clinic in Rockville, Maryland. The position focuses mostly on pediatric occupational therapy, serving children and young adults with developmental, motor, orthopedic, learning, and neurodivergent needs. The caseload also includes pediatric and adolescent athletes, as well as adults and seniors participating in fitness programs focused on bone density and fall prevention. Therapists provide individualized, engaging treatment in a technology-forward, multisensory clinic using exergaming, balance systems, advanced movement platforms, and athletic training tools. The role includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, documenting care in Clinic Source EMR, and contributing to an energetic and encouraging environment for children and families. The part-time schedule is in the evenings and/or on weekends, with flexible hours.

Requirements

Graduation from an Occupational Therapy program.
Valid Maryland license as an Occupational Therapist.
High-energy, creative, and outgoing personality.

Nice To Haves

One year of prior outpatient experience is preferred; applicants at all experience levels, including new graduates, are considered.
Background working with pediatric patients, neurodivergent children, or developmental disorders is a plus.
