About The Position

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll blend innovation with compassionate care by incorporating AI-powered documentation tools into your practice. This role allows you to focus on helping patients regain independence while improving the accuracy and efficiency of your documentation. The position is part-time, 24 hours per week, 3 days per week, with a pay-per-visit model. The territory coverage includes Apple Valley, Lucerne Valley, Barstow, Helendale, East Victorville, and surrounding areas, requiring the candidate to be local and willing to travel.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required.
Two (2) years of experience as a Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
Active and unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.
Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy sessions centered on patient functionality and goals.
Document therapy progress with the support of AI technology, reducing after-hours workload.
Deliver care with full attention and connection to patients.
Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients.
Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time.
