Symbria is hiring a Per Diem (PRN) Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health Rehab Team, serving patients in Elmhurst and surrounding areas. Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
