About The Position
Join our dedicated HTS therapy team at a highly rated skilled nursing facility in Louisville, KY, as a PRN Occupational Therapist. This flexible role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' quality of life through comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment plans. The OT in this position will primarily be a part of the weekend therapy team. Other PRN opportunities will occasionally be offered at this facility and 3 other facilities located in Louisville. Requirements
- Active Kentucky Occupational Therapist license or qualifications to earn Kentucky license.
- Degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
- Passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination.
- Fulfilling state requirements for licensure.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
