About The Position

Interface Rehab, Inc. is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide therapy services across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics throughout California. The role is available as full-time, part-time, per diem, and for select travel opportunities, with flexible scheduling and shifts of up to 40 hours per week. Occupational Therapists provide patient care, help evaluate and implement personalized treatment plans, collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams, document patient progress, and support patients in meeting rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.

Requirements

• Active or obtainable Occupational Therapist license in the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy care to patients across various settings.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.
