About The Position

We invite you to join a cohesive, highly reputable team with a mission to care for our patients, each other, and the community. Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. We understand therapists because we are therapists ourselves, and we recognize the unique challenges clinicians face every day. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Luminis Heatlh Care, we’re proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. We believe clinicians thrive when they feel valued, supported, and equipped to grow. Our clinicians have the opportunity to participate in our Clinical Excellence Program, which includes mentorship, advanced training and certifications, OCS preparation collaboratives, and our TPS Orthopedic Residency Program. We treat every patient the way we would want ourselves and our families to be treated. Our mission is to provide the most personalized and skilled physical therapy services possible, all within a warm and welcoming environment. We maintain an appropriate patient caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available. We come alongside our therapists during their professional growth journey, offering specialty certifications and individualized professional development. Do you have a strong specific interest or passion? We’ll help you get there. We can support specialty therapy services. As a growing company, we offer opportunities for advancement and career planning. If you desire to become a clinical instructor, clinic leader, or director, or open a new clinic, to name a few, we can help you reach the professional goals you have set for yourself.
