About The Position
Permanent Occupational Therapist (OT) opportunity working 30 hours per week, primarily Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with no weekend rotation. The Occupational Therapist will provide rehabilitation services in an assisted living setting and must be willing to split time between two assigned locations.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license for the applicable state
- Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to travel between assigned facilities as needed
- Experience developing individualized treatment plans and performing functional assessments
- Knowledge of adaptive equipment, therapeutic activities, and ADL training
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or geriatric rehabilitation
Responsibilities
- Evaluating and treating residents to improve functional independence, activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, and overall quality of life.
