Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health
About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based care to patients with debilitating conditions. The Occupational Therapist helps patients improve their ability to perform everyday tasks, develop daily living skills and basic motor functions, and compensate for any loss of function. The role provides skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches patients’ families and other members of the health care team. Services are delivered in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the employee practices.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience is preferred; less experience may be considered with Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services approval based on prior experience setting.
- Medicare home health experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
