Requirements

Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
NBCOT certification in good standing
Colorado DORA OT license, or ability to obtain
5+ years of experience

Responsibilities

Foster strong client and caregiver relationships through 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions.
Conduct two evaluations per week.
Supervise and support 2+ COTAs.
Maintain a 70% productivity expectation.
Work cross-functionally with OTs, SLPs, PTs, and BCBAs.

Salary ($90,000–$112,000) or pay-per-billed-hour ($70 to $86.40/billed hour, $90 per evaluation, $35 to $36/meeting hour)
