Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect to supervise and support 2+ COTAs and a 70% productivity expectation.

Requirements

Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
NBCOT certification in good standing
Colorado DORA OT license, or ability to obtain
5+ years of experience

Responsibilities

Conduct 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions
Conduct two evaluations per week
Supervise and support 2+ COTAs

Benefits

Salary ($90,000–$112,000) or pay-per-billed-hour ($70 to $86.40/billed hour, $90 per evaluation, $35 to $36/meeting hour)
