Occupatonal Therapist
About The Position
Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapists to join our in-house therapy team in Rolla, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location and supportive local leadership. The role involves evaluating and treating patients across a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care. Therapists will develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence, collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team, and document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards using current equipment and modalities.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
Nice To Haves
- SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
