About The Position

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic in Bellmore, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. This role offers a consistent schedule of 24 hours per week, with opportunities for full-time employment. The clinic provides a modern outpatient setting for patients of all ages and supports professional growth through opportunities for custom splint fabrication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
• NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• CPR/First Aid Certification

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care
• Evaluate, develop, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Fabricate custom splints as needed
• Document evaluations and treatment progress in EMR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
