About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist – Post Acute Care for an exciting Travel or Local job in Grand Junction, CO. This role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and assisting patients with improving daily living and functional skills. The therapist will implement therapeutic interventions, document progress, collaborate with healthcare teams, and educate patients and caregivers.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Colorado or compact eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current BLS certification

Nice To Haves

• Previous LTC or rehabilitation experience
• Strong interpersonal and patient care skills

Responsibilities
