About The Position

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking experienced outpatient pediatric Occupational Therapists to join their exceptional pediatric Occupational Therapy program. This role is for passionate therapists who are interested in evidence-based care, interdisciplinary collaboration, mentoring, and professional growth. The position offers opportunities to shape the future of the program and provide assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model.

Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist
4+ years of clinical experience
Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families
Training in evidence-based interventions

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based and -informed assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model.
Help build and improve pediatric occupational therapy services.
Influence clinical programming and best practices.
Mentor future therapists and partner with Universities to supervise student clinicians.
Collaborate with Occupational Therapy Practitioners, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Psychologists, and other Behavioral Health providers.
