About The Position

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking experienced outpatient pediatric Occupational Therapists to join their exceptional pediatric Occupational Therapy program. The role is for therapists passionate about evidence-based care, interdisciplinary collaboration, mentoring, and professional growth. The position offers protected daily planning time, dedicated weekly professional development and case consultation, AI-supported documentation tools to minimize after-hours work, opportunities to mentor students and early-career clinicians, collaboration with various healthcare professionals, flexible practice settings (clinic, school, telehealth), and a structured career advancement pathway. The Experienced Occupational Therapist will provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model, aiming to deepen expertise, help build and improve services, influence clinical programming, mentor future therapists, and work in a culture that values care and clinician wellbeing.

Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist
4+ years of clinical experience
Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families
Training in evidence-based interventions

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based and -informed assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model.
Help build and improve pediatric occupational therapy services.
Influence clinical programming and best practices.
Mentor future therapists and partner with Universities to supervise student clinicians.
Collaborate with Occupational Therapy Practitioners, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Psychologists, and other Behavioral Health providers.
