About The Position

Symbria is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join their EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM Part-Time at Glenwood community in Marietta, OH. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals of all ages overcome physical, mental, and emotional challenges that may prevent them from participating in everyday activities. Your expertise and compassion will change lives by creating personalized treatment plans that help patients regain independence, improve function, and enhance their overall well-being. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Valid OH state license
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a bonus, but not required!

Responsibilities

• Establish personalized treatment plans and set goals that align with patients' needs
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants to ensure effective treatment
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
• Work as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, creating life-changing outcomes for patients
• Build strong relationships with patients, their families, and the community
