About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist to join the team at a skilled nursing facility in Blue Ash, Ohio. The role focuses on helping residents improve their independence, regain daily living skills, and maintain the highest possible quality of life. This is an as-needed opportunity with flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current and valid Ohio Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to resident care.

- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
- Provide therapy services to help residents improve strength, coordination, mobility, and independence with daily activities.
- Assist residents with dressing, bathing, grooming, and other activities of daily living.
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with nursing staff, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in care planning and communicate resident progress and concerns to appropriate team members.
- Follow applicable safety standards, professional guidelines, and state and federal regulations.
