About The Position
Litehouse Foods is hiring over-the-road drivers for its private fleet, delivering company products throughout the lower 48 states and Canada. The fleet primarily hauls refrigerated (reefer) loads; tanker opportunities may also be available. Team drivers are welcome. Drivers are recruited from hubs in Sandpoint, Idaho; Hurricane, Utah; Lowell, Michigan; and Danville, Virginia. Compensation is $0.50–$0.57 per mile, based on experience and tenure, with additional earning opportunities including per diem, stop pay, layover pay, quarterly performance bonuses, and driver referral bonuses. Home time is flexible, with schedules coordinated to fit drivers’ needs. Litehouse Foods is a 100% employee-owned company.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Must be able to pass a background check; any job offer will be based on the results.
Nice To Haves
- Tanker endorsement; it is a plus but not required.
- Eligibility to operate in Canada; eligible drivers are encouraged to apply.
