About The Position

ACCESS Academy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to help children and adolescents develop the skills they need to participate more independently and confidently at school, at home, and in their communities. The therapist works in a collaborative school environment alongside educators, evaluators, and other clinical professionals to support students’ goals and potential. The role focuses on meaningful everyday accomplishments, including fine motor development, strategies for managing sensory challenges, participation in school activities, daily routines, and independence.

Requirements

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
Current Arkansas licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills.
Genuine interest in working with children and adolescents.
Collaborative, student-centered approach to clinical care.

Responsibilities

Help children and adolescents develop skills to participate more independently and confidently in school, at home, and in their communities.
Work collaboratively with educators, evaluators, and other clinical professionals toward students’ goals.
