Kadlec Regional Medical Center is offering a $10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment for full-time position. Under the general direction of departmental leadership, an Occupational Therapist provides specific treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy and as prescribed by a physician and performs related duties as assigned. Department openings: 1 FTE Pediatrics, 1 FTE Adults, 1 FTE Adults/Pediatrics, 1 FTE Inpatient

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• Washington Occupational Therapist License Upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• OTD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• Membership in state and national professional organizations Upon hire.
• Experience in acute care or rehabilitation facility.
• Experience in outpatient setting.
• Experience with pediatrics.
• Experience in hand therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provides specific treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy and as prescribed by a physician.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
