Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required.
Two (2) years of experience as a Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
Active and unencunmbered Occupational Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy sessions centered on patient functionality and goals.
