Occupational Therapist (OT) - Adults or Peds

Pivot Home HealthPueblo, CO
$80 - $130Remote

About The Position

We are hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) across Colorado to provide therapy in home-based and community settings. As a home health OT, you’ll work with clients across the lifespan — from children building new developmental skills to adults regaining independence after illness or injury. Pediatric clients will focus on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and play-based learning to enhance confidence and participation. Adult clients will be supported in recovery and independence through adaptive strategies, strengthening, coordination, and functional training to improve quality of life at home. Your creativity and expertise will help clients of all ages thrive in the environments that matter most — their homes and communities. At Pivot Home Health, we believe that when clinicians are supported, patients thrive. Our clinician-first approach removes unnecessary barriers, allowing you to focus on what truly matters, helping children build confidence, independence, and meaningful daily routines. Join a compassionate, growing team that values autonomy, flexibility, and purpose-driven care.
