About The Position

As a home health OT, you’ll work with clients across the lifespan — from children building new developmental skills to adults regaining independence after illness or injury. Pediatric clients: Focus on fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and play-based learning to enhance confidence and participation. Adult clients: Support recovery and independence through adaptive strategies, strengthening, coordination, and functional training to improve quality of life at home. Requirements

  • Active Colorado Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for helping patients to reach their full potential through home-based care
