About The Position

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing pediatric team in Cary, NC during afternoon hours. You will play a vital role in helping children develop essential skills, achieve milestones, and reach their full potential through comprehensive assessments, individualized care, family engagement, and collaborative intervention. Care First Rehab is a mid-size organization owned and operated by an Occupational Therapist who truly understands the clinical world. Requirements

• Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid and current NC state license in Occupational Therapy.
• Available for afternoon clinic shifts.
• Demonstrated knowledge of child development milestones across diverse populations (infants through adolescents).
• Strong professional judgment, excellent interpersonal communication, and a talent for engaging children in the therapeutic process.

Responsibilities

• Identifying children's needs, developmental delays, and functional limitations.
• Developing treatment plans using play-based therapy, sensory integration, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Educating and empowering parents and caregivers with strategies and resources to support development at home.
• Working alongside early intervention specialists and the broader care team for optimal, holistic outcomes.

Benefits

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,000.00 – $2,000.00 (paid within the first 90 days; requires a 1-year commitment)
