About The Position

We are seeking a skilled COTA to join our growing team in Cary, NC during afternoon hours. Under the supervision of a registered OT, you will provide essential therapy services to a diverse population—from infants to seniors—within our clinic.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid and current NC state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Available for afternoon clinic shifts.
• Must be comfortable treating both Adult and Pediatric populations.
• Experience in a clinic setting is preferred; knowledge of developmental milestones and age-related conditions is required.

Responsibilities

• Implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches and therapeutic techniques.
• Providing direct instruction in activities of daily living (ADLs), fine/gross motor skills, and sensory processing.
• Collaborating effectively with Speech and Physical Therapists to ensure holistic patient progress.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring the clinic remains a clean, welcoming space.
