The organization is seeking a Part-Time or PRN Occupational Therapist with clinical skills, flexibility, and compassion. The position involves providing occupational therapy services primarily at the Main campus in Mason, with potential for temporary coverage at other Lansing-based campuses. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys variety, values interdisciplinary collaboration, and can adapt to diverse client needs, teams, and treatment environments. The therapist will develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs, evaluations, and physician orders, working closely with clients, families, caregivers, and the care team to support progress in a practical, compassionate, and goal-driven manner.
