About The Position
PT Solutions is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide inpatient rehabilitation and acute care services in partnership with HCA Florida Twin Cities in Niceville, Florida. The role focuses on expanding access to quality care through evidence-based therapy and collaboration with patients, families, clinicians, and hospital staff. The position is PRN and requires two weekend day shifts per month, one major holiday, and one minor holiday. The listed pay range is $50.00–$55.00 per hour. Requirements
- Graduate of an ACOTE-approved occupational therapy program.
- Registered with NBCOT.
- Current or pending state licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to help each patient return to their previous level of functioning or proceed to the next level of care.
- Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Build positive connections with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nurses.
