PRN Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation
About The Position
PT Solutions is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation in Destin, Florida. The role provides rehabilitation therapy services in partnership with HCA Florida, delivering evidence-based care to help patients regain their previous level of functioning or move to their next level of care. PRN scheduling requires two weekend day shifts per month, one major holiday, and one minor holiday. The position is based at 996 Airport Rd, Destin, FL 32541. Requirements
- Graduate of an ACOTE-approved occupational therapy program.
- Registered with NBCOT.
- Current or pending state licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to return to their previous level of functioning or proceed to the next level of care.
- Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
- Build positive connections with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nurses.
