About The Position
Health Services of Northern New York is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist. The qualified candidate will perform initial assessments, create and implement therapy plans to help clients develop or regain function or adjust to a disability. The role involves promoting maximum independence of clients through customized therapy plans within the clients' home setting. Routine evaluation of progress and necessary adjustments to the therapy plan are key components of this position. The applicant must possess good organizational skills, demonstrate an understanding of customer service when interacting with patients, family members, and other staff, and be able to work effectively with the care team.
