About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages. The Occupational Therapist will provide high-quality therapy services, serve as a role model in the delivery of professional care, and act as a clinical resource for staff and students.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients of all ages to determine occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with professional standards and facility protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
