About The Position
The Occupational Therapist (OT) implements standards of care for occupational therapy services. Any direct patient care is performed in accordance with the state Occupational Therapy Practice Act. This PRN home health position covers the Temple area.
Requirements
- Graduate of an occupational therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association, with a baccalaureate or master’s degree.
- Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an occupational therapist in the state of employment.
- Two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist.
- Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Maintain valid CPR certification obtained in person, including a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test.
- Access to reliable transportation.
