The Brian Center of Botetourt in Fincastle, VA is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Part-Time/Flex Occupational Therapist to join our supportive and resident-focused rehabilitation team. Requirements
- Licensed OT (or graduate soon to be licensed)
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to excellence
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, evidence-based Occupational therapy services
- Help residents improve independence in function, mobility and strength, ensure proper positioning and orthotic management, adjunct wound care with certification training provided in house
- Work collaboratively with an experienced interdisciplinary team
- Support discharge planning and continuity-of-care processes
