About The Position

Requirements

Current Occupational Therapist license in the state where applying.
Ability to perform physical tasks, which may include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing.
Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Nice To Haves

One year of occupational therapist experience is preferred.
Home health experience is preferred.
OASIS experience is preferred.
