About The Position
Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Brethren Retirement Community in Greenville, OH is urgently seeking a PRN employee-owner team member. We are looking for coverage during weekdays and weekends.
Requirements
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
Responsibilities
- Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants.
- As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
