About The Position
Arbor Therapy is seeking a compassionate and energetic Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for a full-time position at their pediatric outpatient clinic in Glendale, Arizona. This role focuses on helping children and young adults achieve their full potential through evidence-based therapy. Requirements
- Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or eligible before start date)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- Current Fingerprint card
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with pediatric clients and their families
Nice To Haves

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy interventions
- Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, executive functioning, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, physicians, educators, and families
- Educate caregivers and provide home program recommendations
- Complete timely electronic documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and professional development
