About The Position

An Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed for a PRN (as-needed) Home Care position in Cleveland, OH. Join a growing Home Care Company with flexible scheduling and competitive per-visit pay. This is a PRN position with flexible scheduling. Pay is $50-$60 per visit, with OT evaluations at $80.

Requirements

• Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled OT services to improve patients' ability to perform activities of daily living.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications as needed.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other team members.
• Supervise COTAs as appropriate.
• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.
