About The Position

A full-time float Occupational Therapist (OT) position is available in multiple senior living communities in the assisted living, independent living and memory care settings. The successful candidate will float to facilities located in: Blue Hill, Deer Isle, Ellsworth, Orland, & Bucksport. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus! Preferred Therapy Solutions is a therapist-owned and operated company that focuses on appropriate and ethical patient care. Management members have experience in similar roles, understanding therapist needs for success and work-life balance. Requirements

• Possess a current OT, license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in Senior Living Communities and homes
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
