About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a South Carolina school team. This full-time, school-based position provides individualized occupational therapy services to help students overcome functional challenges, participate in classroom activities, and develop greater independence. The role focuses on student-centered interventions and collaboration with educators, families, and school support teams.

The Occupational Therapist assesses students’ functional needs and supports skills including fine motor ability, handwriting, sensory processing, visual-motor skills, and daily living. The position also contributes to IEP planning, recommends adaptive equipment and classroom strategies, monitors student progress, and maintains accurate therapy records.

Requirements

• Completion of the required supervised fieldwork experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and collaborative skills.
• Current, active South Carolina occupational therapy license, or eligibility to obtain state licensure; a valid license is required before practicing.
• Successful completion of a board-approved occupational therapy certification examination and good standing with NBCOT or another board-approved certification program.
• Graduation from an occupational therapy education program approved by ACOTE or another accrediting body accepted by the South Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy.
