About The Position
Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our cohesive, highly reputable team providing inpatient therapy services for AdventHealth in Lake Placid, FL. As a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, we understand the challenges clinicians face and are dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. We work as part of a strong, multidisciplinary team, bringing together physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Our primary focus is on treating patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions with a 1-on-1 patient care focus.
Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Active or pending state occupational therapy license.
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient therapy services as part of a cohesive multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver 1-on-1 patient treatments with a patient care focus.
- Treat patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach.
- Collaborate with referral sources and surgeons for foundational knowledge to guide personalized treatments.
