About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. As the provider of inpatient therapy services for AdventHealth, TPS is part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. TPS believes clinicians thrive when they feel valued, supported, and equipped to grow, offering opportunities to participate in their Clinical Excellence Program, which includes mentorship, advanced training and certifications, and the TPS Orthopedic Residency Program. The mission is to provide personalized and skilled physical therapy services within a warm and welcoming environment. The caseload primarily consists of patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions, with all treatments being 1-on-1 with a patient care focus. TPS partners with AdventHealth to provide inpatient therapy services, maintaining a therapist-first mindset. They value time in patient care, maintaining appropriate and optimal caseloads, and prioritize professional growth. Collaboration with AdventHealth colleagues and surgeons is key to developing comprehensive healthcare approaches and guiding personalized treatments. Requirements

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Active or pending state occupational therapy license

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated, patient-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Provide personalized and skilled therapy services to patients
• Deliver services with a therapist-first mindset
• Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads
• Collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach
• Provide unmatched collaboration with referral sources and surgeons for foundational knowledge to guide personalized treatments
