Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience.
- Coursework/Training: Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need or equivalent education/experience.
- Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
