Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Active or pending state occupational therapy license
Responsibilities
- Care for patients, each other and the community
- Provide exceptional therapy services
- Deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
- Provide the most personalized and skilled physical therapy services possible
- Treat every patient the way we would want ourselves and our families to be treated
- Treat patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Conduct all treatments 1-on-1 with a patient care focus
- Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads
- Collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach
- Provide unmatched collaboration with referral sources and surgeons for foundational knowledge to guide personalized treatments
